DO ON MY BEHALF ANYTHING I CAN LAWFULLY DO?

You are authorizing your Attorney to do, on your behalf, anything, anywhere, in any event. Your P.O.A. is effective to convey this power even if you are healthy, competent, and able to manage your own affairs. You don't need to be mentally incompetent before your Attorney can use (or abuse) the P.O.A.

The Power of Attorney has no effect after you are deceased.

On this page we are talking about use of an Ontario (Canada) drafted Power of Attorney being used in Ontario for property in Ontario. If the P.O.A. was made outside Ontario or it is contemplated using a P.O.A. for property  or a transaction outside of Ontario, consult a lawyer in the other jurisdiction directly.
