DOES ONTARIO LAW GOVERN YOUR WILL?
If you are making your Will as a resident of Ontario and the creation of that Will occurs in Ontario, it is a good idea to indicate that Ontario law governs that Will. If there is any real estate or property in another province, state, or country you may need a more complex Will or separate wills for each jurisdiction.
