Your Will needs to be signed properly in a lawyer's office or at your home under a lawyer's guidance and supervision. Too much can go wrong if you sign the document yourself.

- Signed by the said Testator
- as and for her/his last Will and Testament
- in the presence of us
- both present at the same time
- who at her/his request
- in her/his presence
- and in the presence of each other
- have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
